Bereavement Support

Gentle, compassionate support for families after the loss of a child.

Bereavement Support

We support both parents and siblings following the loss of a child. Every family's grief journey is different, and we are here to provide a safe, compassionate space to navigate this difficult time.

What we offer

Support Groups

Our varied peer support groups enable parents of loss to come together, share their story and gain peer support, in a safe environment where families feel understood and accepted.

Counselling & Talking Therapies

Counselling and talking therapies help families navigate the raw and painful emotions that follow the traumatic loss of a child, and accompany them through their healing process.

Wellbeing Support

Holistic sessions throughout the year — including reiki, yoga and meditation — alongside wellness resources and books offering practical guidance.

Memory Making

Creative, meaningful memory-making activities for siblings and parents — a way to continue bonds and remember precious loved ones.

Practical Advice

Resources and connections with advisers who specialise in social welfare, to help families navigate benefits systems.

Who we support

We support parents and siblings where the child was aged 21 or under and the loss occurred within the last 5 years. We consider all types of loss — including stillbirth (24+ weeks), SIDS, suicide, homicide, accident and illness — and assess each case individually.
