We are a safe space that says, “I understand”, “You are not alone” and “We are here”.

We offer two different branches of family support at Reuben's Retreat. Every story is different, and we offer both practical and emotional support and promise to walk side by side with a family on their journey. This includes delivering a bespoke and tailor-made support package for each family and guidance to help them navigate their journey. Our offering is wide and varied as every family is unique, but here are some examples of the family support services we provide:

Families of Children with Medical Complexities

Helping families to make the most of their time together by organising family fun sessions, allowing them to make magical memories in an accessible and safe space
Listening to a family's fears and anxieties via counselling and family support workers
